The accommodation

Welcome, come on in to the 'ground' (entrance) floor, where you will find the library, with maps, information, and loads of books.

Also on this floor there is an ensuite bedroom, and an additional bedroom that can be used for a family suite. 

The main room has a King size bed ~ or optional twins ~ and a wonderful view.

and a large corner bath...

The additional bedroom has a double bed and the same wonderful view.

Up one flight of stairs is our second full en-suite bedroom, very spacious, with a sunken Victorian bath, and optional King size or Twin beds.  This room can also be used as a family room with a double futon bed~settee.

and don't forget the futon option !

All bedrooms have tea making facilities and radio/tape/CD player, (but no TV as we think that would spoil the ambience.)

Now come back to the 'ground' floor and descend another flight of stairs

to the lounge with its panelled open log fireplace, comfy chairs

and more of that view out of three lovely windows.

Adjoining the lounge through an archway is the dining room and kitchen, where you can feel free to help yourself to hot and cold drinks at any time, with the additional benefit of the supply of freshly gathered Malvern spring water.

This is where breakfast is served at the large dining table.

There is a drying room for wet clothes.

All the rooms contain facilities for making tea and coffee, CD  players/radios, alarm clocks, hairdryers and adaptors for electric razor.
